It's official. We are fully mobile. Last week Elzi started crawling! I'm not sure the exact day she started as she tried to hide it from me for a while. I would turn my back when she was in one spot, and when I looked back, she would be somewhere else. She would never actually crawl when I was watching. Daddy says she started last Tuesday, so we'll go with that. It also looks like her bottom left tooth is about to come through. Lilly's bottom left tooth is also visible just beneath the gums. Soon she will have a nice little pair of bottom teeth. It is so cute when she smiles showing her one tooth! Around the time that Elzi started crawling, Lilly started to pull up on everything. She can now stand holding on to something with just one hand (notice the background of the picture).
We have just lowered both crib matresses to keep our little movers in. Every morning when I come into the nursery, Elzi is sitting up, playing, and Lilly is standing, holding on to the side of the crib and looking over. This is such a great age!
