Teamwork
This morning the girls finally interacted in a positive way. I had already gotten Elzi out of her crib and dressed her while Lillian was still in her crib. Lillian had dropped her silky on the floor outside her crib. Elzi walked over, and rather than take the silky for herself and walk away like she usually does, she lifted it in the air so Lillian could grab it. So sweet!

Easter Egg Hunt #2
Who's the boss?
I want to go ahead and make a prediction now. I predict that over the next few years, as the girls' personalities develop, Lillian will become a "goody-goody" and Elzi will be the mischievous one. Lately, I have noticed some character traits that lead my to my prediction.
For example, when Elzi is doing something she knows she is not supposed to (ie. pulling on the lamp cord), she will look over at me, smile, and continue pulling. She has also begun doing something that resembles eye-rolling. I'm not sure if that is her intention, but it sure looks like it.
Lillian, on the other hand, seems to try to police Elzi on occassion. In one instance, she took something from Elzi, that she wasn't supposed to have, and brought it to me. Elzi's response to this type of confiscation is usually to grab Lilly by the back of her collar and drag her down.
We used to think that Elzi was going to be the mastermind while Lillian served as henchman, but given what I have seen lately, my mind has been changed a little. I still believe that Elzi will come up with plenty of mischievous ideas, but I am starting to think that Lilly will try to twart these plans rather than be the one to carry them out.
I am interested to see how their personalities unfold and to find out just who truly is the boss.
